Refund Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sky & Grace, each piece is thoughtfully curated or handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

We do, however, offer exchanges under the conditions below.

Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition 

  • Item must be returned in original packaging (if applicable) 

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Worn or used items

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

  • Sale or clearance items

In-Person Purchases (Events & Shows)

All purchases made at vendor events or shows are final sale and not eligible for exchange. Please inspect items at the time of purchase.
